Bun Thit Nuong
Bun Thit Nuong is usually served as a lunch menu item in Vietnam; however, we decided to bring it into prime time. Vietnamese food is ranked as one of the healthiest cuisines in the world due to their use of fresh ingredients, minimal use of oil, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. After reading an article about Bun Thit Nuong on one of our favorite food blogs, we knew we had to make the dish. After researching several recipes, we decided to venture out and attempt to create the dish loved by so many Vietnamese.
