If using freshly-brewed espresso, be sure it has cooled before making the drink; otherwise, it will melt the ice in your cocktail shaker, resulting in a watered-down martini.
INGREDIENTS:
3 parts vodka
1 part chocolate liqueur
3 parts espresso
DIRECTIONS:
- Add a handful of ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Add liquids, cover and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- Strain into chilled martini glasses and enjoy.
